These Terms govern your use of Tija. By creating a store or using our services, you agree to them.
What Tija is
Tija provides a hosted online store, payment setup, and automated search/AI-search visibility for your business. You own your business, your content, your products and pricing, and your relationship with your customers. Tija provides the platform and the visibility work.
Payments
Your customers pay into your own payment account (via Flutterwave). Tija never holds, controls, or is a party to the money between you and your customers. Tija is not a bank, payment processor, or escrow service.
No guarantee of sales or rankings
Tija measures and reports visibility — search indexing, impressions, and mentions by AI assistants, with receipts. We do not promise sales, revenue, Google rankings, or AI rankings. Any figures shown are measurements, not guarantees.
Your responsibilities
- Sell only lawful goods and services, and hold any licence your products require.
- Keep your listings, prices, and business information accurate.
- Fulfil your own orders and handle your own customer refunds and delivery.
- Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property or impersonate other brands.
- Follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew on their cycle. Card-on-file subscriptions renew automatically; other payment methods receive reminders before the due date. Prices are shown at signup. See our Refund Policy.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or remove a store that breaks these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law — immediately for illegal or child-safety content, with notice where practical otherwise.
Intellectual property
Tija owns its name, marks, templates, and software. You receive a licence to use the platform for your store; you keep ownership of the content you upload.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Tija is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between you and your customers.
Governing law
For Nigerian businesses, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For international users, applicable local law and venue apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use means acceptance.
