You can ask us to delete your personal data and your Tija account at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email on your account, or
- Message us on WhatsApp from the number linked to your Tija account,
with the subject or message "Delete my data".
What we delete
On a verified request we delete or anonymise your account details, your store content (products, photos, text), and associated personal data, except records we are required to keep by law (for example, transaction records for tax/accounting).
Timeframe
We action verified deletion requests promptly, typically within 30 days, and confirm when complete.
