Is the check really free?
Yes. No account, no card. Does Tija guarantee I'll rank on the first page?
No. Nobody can, and anyone promising it is selling you something they don't control. We tell you where you stand today, what is measurably in the way, and how those numbers move over time.
How do you know what ChatGPT or Gemini says about my business?
We ask them. We put the questions your customers ask before they buy to ChatGPT and Gemini on the free check, and to Claude as well on the full one, without ever mentioning your name, and record their answers word for word. Those quotes are in your report as evidence, not as our summary of them.
What if the assistants get it wrong about me?
That is often the finding. An assistant can only recommend a business it can identify with confidence, a name tied to a place, a category and contact details it can read. When you are missing from an answer, the usual reason is that nothing on your site makes you identifiable, and that is fixable.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Then there is nothing to check, and you are on our other track. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll build you a store from your product photos, with payments going into your own account and the search and AI groundwork done from the first day.
Do you need access to my website or my hosting?
No. The check reads only what any visitor can already see. We never ask for server, hosting or SSH access, on any plan, at any price. Where a fix has to be applied inside your site, we either use a scoped key you can revoke at any time, or we hand you the exact steps and code to paste.
How do I get paid if you build me a store?
Through your own payment account, set up in your name. Money from your customers goes directly to you, Tija never holds it, and settlement timing is your payment provider's, not ours.
Which countries do you cover?
Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa today, and we bill in naira or in dollars depending on the card you pay with. We check search positions city by city, so a business in Abuja gets Abuja results and one in Lagos gets Lagos, rather than a national average.
