Tija only supports businesses selling legal goods and services. This policy lists what we will not host. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Prohibited. We will not build or host
- Sexual, adult, or pornographic goods or services.
- Any content that endangers children (zero tolerance; reported as required by law).
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
- Counterfeit, stolen, or smuggled goods; protected wildlife or contraband.
- Unlicensed financial services, unlicensed gambling/betting, and Ponzi/pyramid/"get-rich-quick" schemes.
- Money laundering or human/labour exploitation.
- Hate or extremist content, or anything promoting violence, riots, or incitement.
- Anything illegal in your country, or requiring a licence you do not hold.
Reviewed before going live
Some categories are lawful only with a licence or in some places: for example alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, regulated financial/medical/legal services, and political or election-related content. We review these before publishing and may ask for your licence.
Enforcement
If a store breaks this policy we may decline to build it, hold it for review, or remove it. During onboarding we may decline a request that falls outside what Tija supports.
