Tija only supports businesses selling legal goods and services. This policy lists what we will not host. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Prohibited — we will not build or host
- Sexual, adult, or pornographic goods or services.
- Any content that endangers children (zero tolerance; reported as required by law).
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
- Counterfeit, stolen, or smuggled goods; protected wildlife or contraband.
- Unlicensed financial services, unlicensed gambling/betting, and Ponzi/pyramid/"get-rich-quick" schemes.
- Money laundering or human/labour exploitation.
- Hate or extremist content, or anything promoting violence, riots, or incitement.
- Anything illegal in your country, or requiring a licence you do not hold.
Reviewed before going live
Some categories are lawful only with a licence or in some places — for example alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, regulated financial/medical/legal services, and political or election-related content. We review these before publishing and may ask for your licence.
Enforcement
If a store breaks this policy we may decline to build it, hold it for review, or remove it. During onboarding we may decline a request that falls outside what Tija supports.
