Founding members — first month refundable
Founding members can request a full refund of the first month within 14 days of their first payment. If we do not launch, you get every kobo back.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except for the founding first-month guarantee above, payments already made for a completed billing period are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.
Your customers' payments
Refunds to your customers for products they buy from your store are handled by you, the business owner, through your own payment account. Tija does not hold those funds and does not process those refunds.
